"All my experiences with Amy Jordahl and the Two Harbors, MN State Farm office deserve a 5 Star review. The staff is amazing. I have visited the office where they have taken the time to get through each of my policies to help me understand and ensure I have the coverage I need. Jamie Pellman just helped me with a boating collision. Jamie helped me start a claim immediately where I added my information. The claim was assigned to adjuster Michael Wright. Michael spoke to me before and after speaking with the business where my boat was in for repair. My claim was completed in 24 hours."

"I worked with Sarah Cox to obtain new auto and homeowner insurance. Sara was well prepared for our meeting (an enjoyable face-to-face meeting in the Age Of Zoom). She had already assembled public information from my county of residence along with other information to which she has access as an insurance professional.
Her preparation was evident in her thoroughness at explaining the line items on which she knew from experience clients needed clarification, as well as those which came up during the meeting.
She anticipated many of my questions and brought up subjects that were on my list regarding coverage even before I asked. Another aspect I valued was her timely response on issues that arose as the process of switching insurance companies unfolded.
I worked in the insurance industry for many years prior to retirement, and I know the mark of a true professional when I see one.

Life sometimes changes quickly. I had to move to support a family member with an illness. Sarah sent me a proposed apartment rental insurance plan, and then worked with me to tailor it to my specific needs. Her explanations of options and clarifications of the policy were crystal clear, something I especially valued at this time in my life."
